Mentoring and Coaching Consultancy

Mentoring and coaching consultancy, Horizons Unlimited, has announced the formation of a partnership with leading UK firm, Clutterbuck Associates.

Renowned throughout Europe for its ground-breaking approach to mentoring, founder David Clutterbuck is widely regarded as the ‘go-to’ resource, through his many publications, for guidance on establishing mentor programs in organisations.

The partnership will further strengthen Horizons Unlimited’s position in the Australian market, where the company is already a leading provider of mentor programs.

“We have been successfully designing and installing mentor programs for fifteen years. This partnership will enable us to build on the service we offer by providing us with exclusive access to evidence-based, global best practice tools and techniques for mentoring and mentor program design,” said Melissa Richardson, Director, Horizons Unlimited.

Professor David Clutterbuck regularly lectures, trains, publishes and carries out research in the field of mentoring and coaching. He has published over 50 books including Everyone Needs a Mentor, Mentoring in Action, Mentoring Executives and Directors and Techniques in Coaching and Mentoring. He is co-founder and Honorary Vice President of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) and a visiting professor at Sheffield Hallam and Oxford Brookes Universities.

Clutterbuck Associates pioneered mentoring in the workplace in Europe and remain the international thought leaders in this powerful area of development.

“Horizons Unlimited is a demonstrated leader in this field in Australia and this partnership underscores our intent to support companies throughout the world in building sustainable capability in mentoring,” said Professor Clutterbuck.

During his forthcoming visit to Australia Professor Clutterbuck will speak at a Horizons Unlimited event on 21 March 2012.
