Ian Alexander Fotheringham, a senior HR professional with over 23 years of experience in areas of resourcing, people engagement, employment law, reward and benefits and performance management processes will share his experience on implementing the “competency framework” program at Worley Parsons, Oman at the conference MANAGING THE HUMAN ASSET- Need of the HR in Muscat, Oman on 30th Jan 2012. Competency framework has been one of his pioneering projects in his current role as regional HR manager at this leading multinational oil field services company.

Mr. Fotheringham has worked with blue chip, multinational corporations including Conoco, Atlantic Power and Gas, Halliburton and Technip. During his long and impressive career, he has been based in locations spanning the globe and has been managing large teams of upto 1000+ employees.

The event will take place from 30 January - 01 February 2012. The two-day conference and one day workshop will feature more than 18 presentations from industry leaders who will share their expertises on issues of paramount importance before the HR professional in the industry.
