Five Doors Network Provides over 1800 Meals During Virus

Five Doors Network, a membership group of top producing real estate teams, announced today they have collected 2,460 pounds of food providing 1,892 meals for local families who are food insecure, far exceeding their goal of quickly delivering ONE TON of food to those in need!

"Hunger" is an evocative word. Everyone understands what it feels like to be hungry. Knowing hunger exists in every state and county in the United States, "We wanted to focus on giving back to the communities we practice real estate in and provide certainty during a time of fear," said Seth Campbell, Founder and CEO. Five Doors Network's mission is Building Generational Wealth Through Real Estate and one way they saw to do that is to fight hunger and help those who may be even more underserved while food shortages grow due to coronavirus hoarding. The Five Doors Network led efforts to collect donations in five of their locations, ensuring that more students, single moms, veterans, and vulnerable families are getting the food they need during this crisis. With the rapid development of the COVID-19 global health concern, social distancing, and many people without work, Campbell continued, "It is our responsibility to be the local neighborhood support champions. The First Responders are tending to the sick, the fires, the emergencies. Our job is to step up and pour into the communities we serve through the toughest of circumstances. As real estate agents, we are the trusted resource for so many, being the resource connectors for our neighbors, our communities, our cities."

The Five Doors Network achieved the following results:
- 5 food drives hosted simultaneously throughout the country
- 2,460 pounds of food donated or collected
- 1,892 meals provided to families and food banks

The Five Doors Network also partnered with Move for Hunger to coordinate the food banks and collection process.
