Lathrop & Gage Combines Clayton and St. Louis Downtown Offices
ST. LOUIS (September 30, 2011) – Lathrop & Gage LLP recently announced that its Clayton, Mo., and downtown St. Louis offices combined. The Clayton office located at Pierre Laclede Center, 7701 Forsyth Boulevard, Suite 500, Clayton, Mo., 63105 now serves as the firm’s only local office.Forty-six employees, including 23 attorneys, will occupy two floors for a total of 30,518 square feet. A 10-year lease was signed.
Scott Malin (Wealth Strategies – St. Louis), the office's partner in charge, said, “We are excited to have our entire staff in one location. It allows us to have frequent face-to-face interactions with colleagues and look at how we can identify our team strengths to better serve our clients.”
HNTB oversaw the interior design for the office. The décor of the Clayton office is similar to the interiors of all the Lathrop & Gage offices throughout the country.
Lathrop & Gage’s downtown office was located at 10 South Broadway, St. Louis, Mo., 63102; it opened in 1997. The firm's Clayton office opened in March 2007.
