Lathrop & Gage Announces New Executive Committee Member and Partner in Charge
CLAYTON, Mo. (August 19, 2011) – Lathrop & Gage LLP has announced that Bennett Keller (Wealth Strategies – Clayton) has been appointed to the firm’s Executive Committee.The firm’s Executive Committee develops the firm’s strategic direction and policies, oversees the financial matters and department managers, and serves as a liaison to the firm’s national offices and operating committees. Keller was elected by the partnership.
Lathrop & Gage also has named a new partner in charge for the Clayton, Mo. office. Scott Malin (Wealth Strategies – Clayton) has assumed the role, replacing Keller.
Keller and Malin concentrate their practices in wealth strategies and corporate. They are both adjunct professors at the Washington University School of Law in the master’s of taxation program and frequent lecturers and speakers on estate planning, business succession planning and tax issues. They have both been selected among The Best Lawyers in America and have previously been selected for the Missouri/Kansas Super Lawyers.
