The 355-room Washington, D.C. hotel, located at the corner of M Street and New Hampshire Avenue NW, has completed a total redesign of its guest rooms, meeting space, great room lobby, restaurant and lounge to provide out-of-town guests and Washington locals a cozy and cosmopolitan oasis for business and pleasure. The hotel was purchased in January 2006 by a joint venture comprised of Westbrook Partners and Northview Hotel Group.

“We are delighted to be growing our relationship with Marriott International through the opening of the flagship Renaissance Hotel,” said Paul D.
