Pride Family Brands Announces Manufacturer Representative Awards - Michael Urkowitz Named 2011 Sales Representative of the Year
Pride Family Brands, luxury casual furniture designer and manufacturer, recently acknowledged members of its sales representative force for superior achievements during the 2010-2011 sales year. The awards ceremony was held during the International Casual Furniture and Accessories Market in Chicago. The Sales Representative of the Year award was presented to Michael Urkowitz (pictured) of Michael Urkowitz Associates. The award recognized Michael's overall excellence in territory growth, sales growth, customer service and product knowledge. Urkowitz, who also received the prestigious award in 2008, is Pride Family Brands' patio specialty representative for the Mid Atlantic region including Eastern Pennsylvania, Southern New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, Washington DC and Fairfax County Virginia. He has represented the product lines of Pride Family Brands since 2003.The Specialty Sales Representative of the Year for the company's Summer Winds brand was presented to Steve Tunnicliffe who serves customers in the mid-west region including Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Ohio and Western Pennsylvania. Don Bennett and HC Haynes were awarded the Prospecting Award. Bennett - Haynes Associates represent Pride Family Brands in Arkansas, Louisiana, Texas, and Oklahoma. The Most Improved Territory award was presented to the sales representative in Illinois and Wisconsin, Doug Becht, of Jack Becht, Ltd.
