This latest album by Internationally known Life Transformation Coach and Teacher, Christa Graves, marks another mile stone in her quest to bring the benefits of Emotional Freedom Techniques into every home. The idea for this album was conceived after Christa had a client who experienced emotional harassment at work. Her client, a married woman of the age of 36 with two teenage children managed to leave an unhappy marriage that lasted for 18 years after she learned to address any fears of starting all over again with EFT. Penniless and with her two kids she left her husband and embarked on a new career. And when everything started to go well she began to experience emotional harassment at work. However, this too she was able to tap away and despite the constant criticism by her colleagues managed to obtain a three-year studying and working contract from the same firm due to her outstanding performance.

Christa Graves works in her own clinic in Germany. Her personal client's base is international. She has lived 25 years in the United Kingdom where she was introduced to Emotional Freedom Techniques. After a successful career in sales she decided to change direction and studied Nutritional Therapy, Homotoxicology, Reiki und Magnified Healing until she learned of EFT. Once she applied EFT to her own circumstances she was hooked and decided to concentrate on this method alone.
Christa has had several Television appearances in Germany; she is author, publisher as well as having released her own series of self help recordings in German and in English.
