New episodes of Profiles in Philanthropy are available on iTunes, and they are filled with music, music, music…

Now that iTunes is broadcasting Dr. Leigh-Davis’ television show “Profiles in Philanthropy,” Dr. Leigh-Davis is focusing more on her favorite subjects: music; sports; and more music. “Profiles in Philanthropy” has been regularly airing on Blip TV, but the new deal with iTunes has brought a new younger audience. Accordingly, the show is accentuating its entertainment aspects, while still maintaining its focus of reporting on any and all philanthropic endeavors occurring in the world, and the people behind them. In addition to being informative, the program is presented in an entertaining manner, designed to: 1) Make the public aware of philanthropic endeavors; 2) Encourage volunteerism; 3) Provide information to people in need; and 4) Motivate the public to engage in philanthropic activities.

Lately, “Profile in Philanthropy” has had more shows focused on the music industry and is taking on a more documentary style. “The episode of Profiles in Philanthropy that focused on the downloadable record album Songs for Japan and the subsequent music concert, was so well received, I wanted to focus more on how music artists come together to help great causes,” Dr. Leigh-Davis announced. Dr. Leigh-Davis concluded, “I am super excited about an upcoming episode on the 2001 Concert for New York, which was to benefit the 9/11 victims.”

Dr. Leigh-Davis, a former entertainment attorney in the music industry, also hosts the news magazine show, entitled “The Legal Analyst,” which airs bi-weekly in syndication, worldwide. “The Legal Analyst” focuses on breaking news in the United States and the United Kingdom. Both “The Legal Analyst with Dr. Leigh-Davis” and “Profiles in Philanthropy” are A.F.T.R.A. (American Federation of Television and Radio Artists) signatory television shows. Dr. Leigh-Davis is represented by David Brunner of DB & Associates.

Dr. Leigh-Davis is a law professor, retired attorney, anthropologist, and popular legal analyst and legal correspondent, who regularly appears on NBC news, CNN and Fox news. Additionally, Dr. Leigh-Davis is also a journalist with syndicated columns in several newspapers; host of the weekly radio show “The Real Deal;" and the former host of the Court TV television show, “The Court is in Session.” More information about Dr. Leigh-Davis’ television, writing and radio projects, can be found on Dr. Leigh-Davis’ official website.
