As a result of the ever-growing demand of semiconductors and the attention on EVs across the power electronics industry, GD Rectifiers has this month announced the companies new focus on high powered fast EV chargers for the home market. They would like to partner with companies to develop EV chargers to provide a cost effective home charging solution.
GD Rectifiers are available for collaborative projects working with manufacturers on residential charging, with the aim of providing complete ready-to-use solutions for customers.
GD Rectifiers also stocks a wide range of semiconductors used in the automotive industry, designed and manufactured specifically for electric vehicles, including power MOSFETs, discrete IGBTs, IGBT modules, rectifiers, circuit protection devices and voltage regulators. They have extensive experience in power semiconductors and innovative cooling devices.
