Article Tracking Toolkit Set for May Release

Press release from: Tracey Lawton

Findlay, OH – April 16, 2007. Professional Virtual Assistant Tracey Lawton has developed an exciting new tool to help entrepreneurs – and everyone – learn how to successfully manually submit articles they write to online article directories, listservs and other resources to receive the best exposure.

The Complete Article Tracking Toolkit was created by Ms. Lawton as part of her desire to organize and streamline her own process for managing the newsletters and articles she has authored during the course of operating her successful Virtual Assistance practice. Says Ms. Lawton, “I needed a way to track the resources for the articles I write. I learned through working with my clients that this process was just what they needed for their own business writing; and now I want to give everyone the benefit of using this proven system.”

The Toolkit is designed as a manual that includes straightforward how-to information and an Excel workbook to successfully track article submission and publication. Ms. Lawton has also included over 100 resources for article submission venues so that authors do not spend unnecessary time searching for the best resources. Says Ms. Lawton, “The Complete Article Tracking Toolkit significantly reduces the time one spends marketing their articles. It is an efficient, streamlined approach to getting your articles in front of the audience you want without spending too much of your valuable time.”

The Complete Article Tracking Toolkit will be publicly available in early May. A special introductory rate is being offered to new subscribers of Ms. Lawton’s monthly Ezine, Virtual Solutions, which provides busy entrepreneurs with information and resources to grow their business, save time and be more productive. Everyone can register for the Ezine by visiting www.TraceyLawton.com/tips.htm.
