After investing the prize money won from Online Entrepreneur 2011 into developing the Handbag Fairy website, the award winning business are confident their customers will be able to get the most from shopping online.
Handbag Fairy aims to provide the customer with as much product information as possible. As a devoted online shopper, Miss Harvey has found that sometimes the product described online is often too good to be true.
"Of course online shopping can be something of a minefield but our aim is for the purchased product to meet the customers expectations - our handbags will be exactly what you expect them to be."
With video reviews, customer comments and clear images showing the designer inspired handbags, Handbag Fairy want all their customers to benefit from shopping online. Louise has also developed a blog – http://www.handbagfairy.co.uk/blog - for the website, designed to meet the demands of her fashion loving customers.
She says “Our customer’s were asking questions such as, ‘What shoes would go with this bag?’ and ‘Where can I get a statement necklace to match this clutch?"
"We decided to put all our answers in the one place for everyone to see. Our blog is full of fashion tips, make up and style video tutorials contributed by bloggers across the country.

Due to the success of their fashion blog, the Handbag Fairy team are now planning to provide a free Personal Styling advice service open to all customers.
