KUNG FU FXBG Brings Moy Tung Ving Tsun (wing chun) System to Fredericksburg, Va
Ving Tsun Kung Fu is a martial art that makes the body and mind relaxed and strong, in ways that are good for health and self-defense. The system is unique in its use of the human body's centerlines for efficient and effective training. With training, it's possible to effectively defend against larger, stronger attackers with relaxed power and technique.
Facing an attacker on center allows simultaneous blocking and striking with both hands and feet. The horse stance training & deep breathing makes the legs and whole body relaxed & strong, for good balance and knock-out punching power.
Being physically fit and knowing self-defense builds confidence, so students can relax in tense situations and have energy for living. Kung Fu is beneficial in all areas of life; Ving Tsun training can help students improve in sports, hobbies, school, work and relationships.
Students develop their own Kung Fu through their own hard work. The self-knowledge, character development, discipline and energy that can be gained from Moy Tung Ving Tsun training is invaluable. Kung Fu may save one's life in a bad situation - and it can also help people make the best out of their lives.
At the KUNG FU FXBG school, there are separate group classes for men & women (14+ with parent/guardian authorization). Basic training is a non-contact Kung Fu Conditioning Class that can be taken for 30 or 60", 2-3 days/week. More advanced training is available to those who do well with the basics.
Private lessons can be booked at the school, or in the Fredericksburg region.
Companies can arrange fitness & self-defense workshops for employees. Free workshops are available to non-profit organizations and government agencies serving the Fredericksburg community, state or nation. A 10% discount is offered to same on all regular training programs.
