Atlantik Elektronik, electronic distributor and supplier of innovative wireless solutions, and Pulse Electronics announce their new cooperation.

Pulse Electronics is a worldwide leader in electronic component design and manufacturing. They are especially recognized for their standard, customized and even automotive antenna solutions. These diversified antenna offerings perfectly complete Atlantik Elektronik’s product portfolio. The advantage for the customer is even more improved system solutions now available for Wide, Local and Personal Networks (WAN, LAN, PAN), cellular applications as well as GNSS (GPS, GLONASS, Galileo).

The wide range of systems and technologies in use, the strong growth in the market and the need for a speedy market induction of new wireless products ask for comprehensive, competent guidance along with according solutions. Atlantik Elektronik’s long-term experience in wireless standards such as Bluetooth, WiFi, ZigBee, and GPS along with the broad portfolio covering chip sets as well as modules is now superbly completed by Pulse Electronics’ antenna product portfolio. In our cars hands free kits linking up to our phones using Bluetooth are more or less a matter of course. Beside this WiFi is on the fast lane due to its higher bandwidth. The car is developing into a moving hot spot and connects to the Internet via cellular networks. Groups of panels in solar parks or single wind power stations as part of complete farms have to be linked to each other. One or two central nodes will then stay online connected to a server again using cellular networks or leased lines. These are only two examples for this continuous market growth, in which competent guidance and support, together with new reliable technologies make the decisive difference.
