To commemorate the decade long publications services, the editorial team of the journal is planning to compile an edited special issue focusing on tending research activities in Dairy Research. The theme/title of the upcoming special issue is Challenges to the Dairy Industry and Human Nutrition which is scheduled to be released by January 2020.
The main focus of the special issues, under the stewardship of Dr. Young W. Park, will be to collate significant developments and provide deeper insights into the following specific research areas which include but not limited to Prebiotics, Probiotics in Milk and Dairy products, Dairy nutrition, Organic dairying and Milk allergies.
The journal offers this unique opportunity of greater flexibility to the contributors to published different types of science communications including original research, case reports, systematic reviews, commentaries and expert opinions on diverse aspects of contemporary Dairy research and explorations while addressing emerging challenges. On this occasion, the journal extends invitation to all academicians, scientist and industrial personnel associated with Dairy research to take part in the celebrations and share their research and exploration outcomes. A standard Editorial Tracking System is utilized for manuscript submission, review, editorial processing and tracking which can be securely accessed by the authors, reviewers and editors for monitoring and tracking the article processing. Review process is executed by the editorial board members of Advances in Dairy Research or outside experts; at least two independent reviewer’s approval is mandatory followed by editor approval is required for acceptance of any citable manuscript. Authors can have a track on their valuable submissions any time to finally co-operate for processed article submission. Online system entitles the reviewers to download the relevant manuscripts and submit their opinions to the editor. Editor can manage and monitor the complete submission/review/revise/final publication process.
