CourseMonster® Appoints Director of Operations to oversee its UK Training division

As part of its continued expansion plans, CourseMonster® have restructured their management team and appointed Tim Barton as Operations Director with immediate effect. Barton will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the UK Operation and Strategic Development and will report directly to Managing Director, Kelvin Durcan.

The newly created role will enable CourseMonster to continue to successfully deliver its growth agenda, evidenced by a number of significant new business wins, an increase in personnel and by maintaining its reputation as the UK's leading IT and Business Skills training solutions resource.

Tim joins CourseMonster having spent 20 years solely within the IT services industry holding management positions within some of the biggest national and international training companies. Tim has been responsible for developing business with a diverse range of organisations and this gives him invaluable expertise and a deep understanding of how implementing effective learning strategies can improve an organisations performance.
