Electronic Contract Manufacturer Celebrates 25 Years And Is Honored As Top 10 Manufacturing Service Provider.

Minneapolis, MN., October 24, 2019 -- Versa Electronics announced its 25th anniversary as an electronic contract manufacturer. Versa provides electronic contract manufacturing services to industrial, medical, communications, computer & peripheral, consumer, and transportation original equipment manufacturers (OEM) across North America.

Versa Electronics originally began under the umbrella of Versa Companies in 1979. Versa Companies served as the parent to a broad scope of businesses that included Versa Iron, Versa Machine, Versa Die Cast, Tolerance Masters, and Versa Electronics. In 1994, after four years as Chief Financial Officer and Partner of Versa Companies, Kevin Johnsrud acquired the assets of Versa Electronics. The official separation from Versa Companies was finalized in 2007, creating Electronic Technologies, LLC dba Versa Electronics.
