Gilbert, AZ – October 1, 2019 – The National Placement & Referral Alliance is a 501(c)(6) trade organization serving placement & referral agents, residential & senior communities, and supportive ancillary service companies in the senior living arena. NPRA’s initiatives support the growing need to create a strong foundation for a viable industry. The association’s driving force is to establish fair business practices to provide better services for consumers through partnerships, innovation, and public policy.

Millie Abrams brings her 20+ years of experience to the NPRA. She is an innovative sales and marketing professional with a fundamental & global mindset. Abrams is strategic in evaluating changing market conditions & new opportunities which translate ideas into results.

Abrams spent four years managing the National Paid Partner Sales & Marketing Department with one of the largest senior living corporations in the nation. There, she was a change agent and catalyst in improving processes. She thrives on challenges, particularly those that promote the partner organization and expands a company’s reach. Abrams holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from The University of Tennessee and currently resides in Nashville.

The NPRA is a national alliance of agents and care providers facilitating change in the senior placement and referral industry. Their national and local leadership is on point to improve processes and professional development. The NPRA provides a platform for members to share their knowledge and views concerning industry practices, legislation, approach, learning, and collaboration. The NPRA members offer an invaluable benefit to the families they serve.
The NPRA wants to facilitate change, support professional accountability, and encourage open lines of communication. They strive to serve and protect their communities and members through education, membership, best practices, ethics & values, and government affairs.
The NPRA currently has chapters in Phoenix, Tucson, Dallas/Fort Worth, Denver, San Diego, Orange County with chapters launching soon in Sacramento and Los Angeles. They have plans to form more chapters over the next 18-months including North Bay CA, Charlotte, Atlanta, Orlando, Melbourne, Houston, and New England Proper.
