The Advisory Board of RaiseNow has grown with the addition of Mariana Christen Jakob and Pascal Richard. The board augments RaiseNow’s management with their industry-specific know-how and professional network, supporting business as well as further product development and growth in the market.
With Mariana Christen Jakob, RaiseNow is now supported by a proven expert in the Tech for Impact sector. The SEIF founder is a Managing Partner and has expertise in financing strategies for startups in the impact investing sector as well as broad networks in the university sector and the startup ecosystem. “Mariana, with her longstanding involvement in the social entrepreneurship field, specifically in the Tech for Impact area and her broad experience in coaching and training early-stage companies, can contribute significantly to RaiseNow’s ability to successfully fulfill its role as a driver of innovation in the digitalization of the NPO sector," says Marco Zaugg, CEO of RaiseNow.
Pascal Richard will join the Advisory Board as an experienced legal advisor and specialist in Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity, and Venture Capital. He is a partner at Baker& Makenzie Zurich and regularly advises companies active in the financial sector. “In the rapidly evolving environment of FinTech companies, which includes RaiseNow as a digital payment hub, Pascal’s know-how and network is of great value,” explains Marco Zaugg regarding the ongoing transformation to a cashless society.
