These Talents have to be improved to grow the company as well as so the customers feel the impact the customer experience within the company. Transafe Dharma Persada successfully conducts the Ninth Talent Development Program that becomes their biggest investment for the employee.

Jakarta, Indonesia Aug 6th, 2019.
Dony Budidharma, President Director of Transafe Dharma Persada Group officially closes Transafe Dharma Persada’s Ninth internal training program. This is the Ninth season of Talent Development Program Transafe held. The theme for this event is: “The Golden Bridge”
The program was conducted from Jul 29th – Aug 2nd, 2019 at Wisma Banten. The event took place in Transafe Indonesia’s head office and training centers.
This program is in cooperation with TransWISH Indonesia.
Participants are coming from Head Office Jakarta and Batam branch. Participants coming from Transafe Dharma Persada’s various departments and Business Units. Participants are coming from Finance, LSP Transafe, Training and Operations, Transafe Persada’s Batam Branch, Marketing, Administrations and GA.

Different from the last season, this season most the trainers come from leaders and graduates from the previous season. Trainers in this program are Leaders, President Directors, and Directors. Also, the trainer is previous graduates.

Leading this program is a committee lead by Ms. Cichi Rahmadhalina and Ms. Nia Nurhayati for whole this season’s Talent Development Program.

Training conducted for this program are :
1. Safety Awareness and Occupational First Aid and Fire Fighting.
2. Personal Development – Interpersonal Skill and Emotional Skill.
3. The Powerful SWOT.
4. Followership and Leadership Skill.
5. Champion Mentality.
6. Effective Time Management.
7. Amazing Team Work.
8. To Be Professional Utilizing 5W1H.
9. Excellent Personal Appearance and Grooming.
10. Customer Service with Heart.
11. Effective Negotiation Skill.
12. Mini Team Building.

Best trainer for this season is Ms. Nia Nurhayati. Best participant title named to Mr. Fajrian Ahmad Ghifari.

Mr. Dony Budidharma stated that this season is different. There is more twist on every game and tasks. They also develop previous graduates by asking them to learn to be a trainer.

Transafe Dharma Persada is a leading name in training, conducting and personnel certification now. With the big-name comes a bigger challenge. Challenge for the future requires trained and well prepared future people. Modern Challenge, also, need Modern Solutions, provide by thede new talents.
