Talent Development Program X 2023 Transafe's 10th Year Milestone.

Great Corporation acknowledged their Employees and often stated as "Talent". These Talents have to be improved to grow the company as well as so the customers feel the impact the customer experience within the company. Transafe Dharma Persada successfully conducts the tenth Talent Development Program that becomes their Milestone of 10 years in operation.

Jakarta, Indonesia Feb 6th, 2023.

Dony Budidharma, President Director of Transafe Dharma Persada Group officially closes Transafe Dharma Persada's Talent Development program X. This is the 10th season of Talent Development Program Transafe held. The theme for this event is: "The Golden Era"

The program was conducted from Jan 30th - Feb 3rd 2023. The opening held at Wisma Banten. The event took place in Transafe Indonesia's training center at south Jakarta.

This program is in cooperation with PT. Tenaga Kerja Kompeten Indonesia.

Participants are coming from Head Office Jakarta and Batam branch. Participants coming from Transafe's various departments and Business Units. Participants are coming from Finance, Accounting, LSP Transafe, Training and Operations, Transafe Persada's Batam Branch, Marketing, Administrations and Business Development.

Different from the last season, this season is a mile stone that equal the 10th Transafe's operation in Indonesia.

Mr. Dony Budidharma stated that this season is different. 10 operational years is excellent. There are not many companies survived to 10 years. Also, Corona Pandemic hits many companies in Indonesia, destroy the economy, make many big and small companies to suffer and even close their doors.
