The company HABDANK PV-mounting systems from Göppingen, which is successful around the world with its innovative photovoltaic ground mounted systems, has expanded its product range to include a new mounting system for trapezoidal sheet roofs. With the mounting system HABDANK TR, HABDANK has developed a very solid, easy-to-install mounting solution for the most varied roofs with corrugated or trapezoidal sheet roofing in steel and aluminium sheets. The mounting system can be used on the most diverse styles of roof as well as on vertical faces and impresses with easy handling, high processing speeds and a secure hold.

The HABDANK TR system from HABDANK enables an economical and fast mounting on trapezoidal sheets as of a sheet thickness of 0.75 mm. Framed and unframed modules with the standard attachment of 6 to 50 mm can be processed inexpensively here without any trouble with one and the same system.

Thanks to the flexible installation option of the modules in horizontal or vertical format, the criteria specified by the manufacturer for the arrangement and mounting of the modules and clipping points can already be taken into account during planning. This saves time and has a very positive effect on the cost-effectiveness of the entire system due to the higher surface utilisation achieved. In the event that a revision is required, the HABDANK TR system also offers the option to only exchange individual modules, thereby saving time, without also having to remove adjacent modules.

The fast mounting of modules occurs with just five different components that also ensure an exceptionally secure hold, even under heavy load due to wind or snow loads. Depending on the geometry of the building or the roof and the building height, the HABDANK HABDANK TR fastening system is designed for wind loads up to zone 4 and snow loads up to zone 2a (ground snow load 175 kg/sq. m).
A major increase of safety that in the past was often insufficient in conventional systems. Safety that is becoming increasingly important with the ever increasing occurrence of extreme weather situations with possible damage and also has a great influence with regard to insurance.

With the new HABDANK TR roof system, HABDANK has achieved a new development that, as with the Habdank ground mounted system that has already proved itself over many years, is setting standards with its stability and safety.

The complete PV service from one source - in line with this motto, customers also receive comprehensive HABDANK service with the new roof system upon request. This begins with the competent planning of the PV system, contains, if necessary, the static calculation and the fast mounting of the roof system by trained specialists.

With the expertise from over 80 years of experience in steel and metal construction, HABDANK has been developing and selling very successfully, patented mounting systems for photovoltaic power plants for ground-mounted operation since 2004 and now with the trapezoidal mounting solution HABDANK TR also “Solid Solutions for the roof”.
