The Incentive Research Foundation Announces Fall Programming at The Motivation Show
Chicago and St. Louis (June 21, 2011) – The Incentive Research Foundation has announced they will again partner with The Motivation Show to provide a forum for the IRF to share relevant, actionable research that addresses the ever-changing role of incentive and recognition use within top organizations. The Motivation Show meets Tues., Oct. 4 through Thurs., Oct. 6 in Chicago’s McCormick West.“As the key resource for independent, timely research on incentive and recognition practices and applications, the IRF looks forward to bringing the results of our latest research to The Motivation Show,” said Melissa Van Dyke, president of the Incentive Research Foundation. “As the economic recovery begins to take hold, businesses and practitioners need actionable and usable research that demonstrates the power of non-cash motivation programs and elevates their effective use within organization-wide performance and engagement efforts.”
The IRF will produce a day-long, six-part workshop, "The Next Level: New Uses, Research and Tools Supporting the Business Benefits of Non-Cash Motivators," Tues., Oct. 4, the day before the exhibit hall opens. Attendees will walk away with new tools and insights. Topics will include:
• The State of Non Cash Award Use in the U.S.
• Keys to Executing a Successful Nomination-Based Top Performer Program
• Workplace Wellness Programs
• Staying Trendy: Important Trends in the Non-Cash Reward and Recognition Space
• Advancements in ROI Measurement
• The Next Level: Critical Discussions in Revitalizing the Incentives Industry
“The IRF's recent research showing the dramatic impact properly-executed incentive and recognition programs can have on employee engagement, employee wellness, and business performance in general, is an important benefit to our audience of recognition incentive users, resellers and suppliers,“ said Pete Erickson, managing director of The Motivation Show. "We are thrilled they have again selected The Motivation Show to bring this research to the marketplace and believe the tools they provide as part of their education efforts will be a valuable addition to our attendees’ daily efforts."
