Crown Honda of Southpoint to Sponsor Carolina Kids Classic Golf Tournament Hosted by UNC-Chapel Hill Legends
Chapel Hill, NC-- Crown Honda of Southpoint is proud to announce its seventeenth year as a sponsor of the Carolina Kids Classic Golf Tournament. The annual tournament, now in its twenty-third year, is hosted by UNC-Chapel Hill coaching legends Roy Williams, Butch Davis, and Dean Smith.The event will take place at the Finely Golf Course in Chapel Hill on Thursday, June 23, 2011. Registration includes entry into tournament field, a pre-tournament breakfast, a post-tournament reception, player gifts and benefits for the sponsors. Proceeds will benefit local charities including the North Carolina Children’s Hospital, the Ronald McDonald House of Chapel Hill, and The Childhood Trust.

Carolina Kids Classic is an organization that directly benefits children in the local community. Since 1988, the UNC-Chapel Hill coaches have played in and supported the Carolina Kids Classic. The annual golf tournament has raised over $3 million to benefit the North Carolina Children’s Hospital, the Ronald McDonald House of Chapel Hill, and The Childhood Trust.
