Trucks Direct Reveal High Levels of Customer Satisfaction
Birmingham, United Kingdom (April XX 2011) - Trucks Direct UK Ltd, one of the UK's largest suppliers of quality used forklift trucks for sale and hire, have now completed their 2010 customer survey and are highlighting the positive feedback they have received.Trucks Direct asked customers for feedback in regards to overall delivery of the forklift, experience of the forklift as agreed and purchased, after sales services, and whether customers would consider repeat business and buy from the company again.
Of the 1000-plus customers surveyed, the company has scored 95% positively in all aspects. Customers were delighted with their delivery and after sales services, found that the forklifts met their initial expectations, and would undoubtedly do business with Trucks Direct in the future.
