Pool Professionals Promotes Healthy Living with 4th of July Event

This 4th of July, Pool Professionals will be organizing a "Fun-Family Relay Race" at the Preston Village community swim club.

Raleigh, NC - June 15, 2011 -- Pool Professionals, a North Carolina-based pool management company, is continuing their tradition of community outreach by developing events that promote water safety and healthy living through swimming.

This 4th of July, Pool Professionals will be organizing a "Fun-Family Relay Race" at the Preston Village community swim club. In teams of two or four, families will compete in a "noodle relay", where they will kick, swim, or ride a pool noodle across the pool and hand it off to their teammate.

"Healthy living and physical fitness are personally very important to me," say Pool Professionals Founder & Owner David Harvey."Being able to promote a healthy lifestyle and water safety are important responsibilities that I feel we have in our industry; for that reason we take pride in the opportunity to organize this event."

Participants will receive a complimentary race pack for competing, complete with fun giveaways such as water and boating safety coloring sheets, an environmentally friendly reusable bag, and nutritious snacks for the whole family.
