Dr. Leigh-Davis Expands Her Cookbook, “Cooking for the King”

Television personality, and well-known legal analyst, Dr. Leigh-Davis, wants to help women enhance their cooking skills.

“I love to cook! On Sunday I cook and bake all day long,” exclaimed Dr. Leigh-Davis, when asked about women of today not knowing their way around a kitchen. On MAY 1st ! ! ! Dr. Leigh-Davis’ book, “Cooking for the King; A businesswoman’s guide to cooking for the man of the house, while taking care of business,” will be available in bookstores and on Amazon.com. Formerly, a companion bonus to Dr. Leigh-Davis’ profound book, “Evil Things Women Do,” this recipe and advice book has been revised; updated; extended; and is better than ever. As always, Dr. Leigh-Davis’ comedic wit makes for an entertaining read, and the recipes make for quick, easy and scrumptious meals.

“Women can have it all, is my mantra,” stated Dr. Leigh-Davis when discussing her new book, “Cooking for the King.” This cookbook differentiates itself, by providing recipes that are fast and easy, but taste like you spent all day in the kitchen. Although the title implies something different, the book is being marketed to anyone who wants to make great food, but does not have a lot of time; in other words, bachelors, college students, single mothers, or anyone who likes to eat well, but doesn’t want to wade through the tons of recipes available online, (many of which are unreliable.)

Dr. Leigh-Davis reasoned, “If you are a woman who is lucky enough to have a man who loves you and cares for you; why wouldn’t you want to spoil them by cooking their favorite foods? If you do not think your man is worthy of being catered to; then perhaps you are with the wrong man.” Dr. Leigh-Davis went on to conclude, “Here are some scrumptious meals to spoil the man in your life, while still allowing you time to be the businesswoman you are.” Beginning in May, Dr. Leigh-Davis will be conducting book signings in Los Angeles; then New York; and then, London, England. The book signing schedule is to be announced by April 29, 2011.

Dr. Leigh-Davis is a full-time law professor, retired attorney, anthropologist, and popular legal analyst and legal correspondent, who regularly appears on NBC news, CNN and Fox news. Additionally, Dr. Leigh-Davis is also a journalist with syndicated columns in several newspapers; host of the weekly radio show “The Real Deal;” and the former host of the Court TV television show, “The Court is in Session.” Currently, Dr. Leigh-Davis hosts the TV shows “The Legal Analyst,” and also, “Profiles in Philanthropy.” Both television shows air in syndication.
