New Head of Human Resources at H2O GmbH

Since January the H2O GmbH has a new Head of Human Resource Management: Bettina Böhringer takes over the leading tasks from authorized representative Esther Berger. "The company is growing steadily and so is the number of employees," says Berger. "In the last 5 years, the number of our specialists has increased from 95 to 126 employees. The personnel management has become too extensive to be able to fulfil them conscientiously in addition to the upcoming tasks in the management board. Therefore, this year the decision was made to give up the area of human resource management. With Ms Böhringer, we have gained a longstanding, highly trained and committed employee for this position. We are very pleased to have her on board of the management team of H2O GmbH."

Bettina Böhringer has been with the company since her apprenticeship in 2008. Afterwards, she stayed in the Human Resources and Finance department. "I enjoy working here the most. Above all, I enjoy the variety of activities and the variety in the personnel work.” Since 2014 she has also been the first contact person for commercial apprentices at H2O GmbH as a trainer. After further training as a business economist, the 34-year-old worked for 5 years as a personnel officer, where she was able to gain experience with the tasks in Human Resources. "I appreciate the partnership and trusting cooperation at H2O," she says and adds: "I am looking forward to the new challenge and I am pleased about the trust placed in me.”
