TwentyPeople allows individuals to benchmark their skills and experience and match it real-time with current jobs available in many different markets.
The key concept of TwentyPeople is the semantic approach to define skills and knowledge. People are not asked to fill out long forms or fields, every single skill will be suggested to them based on their profile.
The company was launched early 2011 by a former Microsoft Corp. Product Planner who left software giant to revolutionize personal benchmarking and corporate recruiting with one simple idea.
TwentyPeople.com is a skill-based profiling service, enabling companies to find new hires and potential candidates through a defined set of required skills.
