Press release from: Meyer-Chatfield

Meyer-Chatfield today announced the formation of a new executive compensation and benefits consulting firm, Meyer-Chatfield Executive Benefit Solutions (MCEBS), resulting from the merger of Meyer-Chatfield Benefit Solutions and Analytic Financial Advisors (AFA). AFA is a Boston based executive compensation consulting firm owned and managed by Chris Wyrtzen, Chris Rich and Bonnie Tolle (previously affiliated with RCG* and with Clark Consulting). The mission of MCEBS will be to focus on helping organizations design compensation programs that will serve to attract and retain valued executives.
The new organization currently has over 250 corporate and bank clients with over 14,000 plan participants nationwide. Its sales force comprises an elite group of producers seeking to ally themselves with other like-minded professional producers nationwide. The expertise, marketing resources and technological capabilities of the combined organizations will provide producers with the tools and marketplace visibility needed to build a successful practice. Among the wealth of resources available to clients of MCEBS will be the world-class administrative and recordkeeping capabilities of Meyer-Chatfield Administrative Services (MCAS), another affiliate of Meyer-Chatfield.
“We have combined the extraordinary resources of two organizations that share the objective of providing high quality, cost-effective executive compensation and benefits consulting and plan administration services to the bank, corporate and healthcare markets” said Bennett Meyer, Chairman of the new organization. “With a business model that combines industry expertise, a proven consultative approach and sound administrative servicing, our new firm is poised to go beyond the industry norm and create cost-effective solutions targeted to each individual client.”
“The new firm is based on a client-centric operating philosophy and business model that distinguishes it from many other firms” said Chris Rich, President of MCEBS. “We begin by listening to the client’s needs and objectives and then suggest innovative solutions that are supported by sophisticated financial analysis.”
Meyer-Chatfield, a leader in the Bank market, provides a full range of consulting, plan design, and administrative services in the areas of BOLI and executive compensation. In addition to Meyer-Chatfield Benefit Solutions and Meyer-Chatfield Administrative Services, the Meyer-Chatfield family of companies includes Meyer-Chatfield Corp. (BOLI consulting services) and Meyer-Chatfield Compensation Services (bank executive compensation consulting services).
The new firm will be headquartered in Jenkintown, PA and will have regional operations centers in Boston, MA and Dallas, TX, as well as sales and servicing offices nationwide.
