Brosix Releases Web-Based Instant Messaging Client

May 16, 2011 — Brosix has now announced a web, online version of their popular Brosix Instant Messaging program. This program allows Brosix users to log into their account and contact their IM friends and colleagues without downloading Brosix Instant Messenger.
Even though this web version of Brosix isn’t a downloadable program, it still has the same high level of encryption so user’s personal information can be protected. “We take great strides in making sure our software is easy to use and also safe for our users,” Stefan Chekanov, Owner of Brosix, stated. “This web client leaves no traces of activity on the computer used, making sure personal conversations remain confidential.”
In order to use the Brosix Web Client to carry on instant messaging conversations, go to http://www.brosix.com/download/web/ and click on ‘Start’. This web client is free to use and users will only need an account, which is also free through Brosix Personal. The web client only allows users to carry on conversations, not use any of the features that are available on the downloadable program version. The web client also allows users to set their status to Online, Not Available, or Do Not Disturb. This can be found by clicking the green check mark once a user has signed into the web client.
Now it is easier than ever to use Brosix anywhere at anytime- users can log on from any computer quickly and instantly have access to the same contacts that are on Brosix application on their own computer.
