ConvergeOne Appointed to Work with Pannone LLP
Manchester-based ConvergeOne has successfully won a 3-year contract for network redesign and maintenance with prestigious Manchester Law firm Pannone LLP.Manchester, UK, May 13, 2011 -- Manchester-based ConvergeOne has successfully won a 3-year contract for network redesign and maintenance with prestigious Manchester Law firm Pannone LLP.
The deal is for a 3 year managed services contract for Pannone’s network, which also includes a technology refresh based on Cisco’s Smart Business Architecture methodology. The Pannone contract comes on the back of recent wins with Preston-based Football League, Engineering form Morson Group, Supply UK and Parity Group PLC.
ConvergeOne was successful in winning the network maintenance renewal contract based on their quick response times and their fresh and intuitive approach to understanding and making recommendations for improving the Pannone network. Although up against incumbent and larger companies for the network contract, ConvergeOne proved that a more agile and client focused approach is a successful combination.
IT Director David Griffiths said, “We were highly impressed with ConvergeOne’s technical expertise and their proven rapid response times. They were a natural choice for us when the contact for maintenance came up for renewal. In addition, they delivered a flexible network infrastructure that is ready for next generation services and that will support the business going forward.”
