4th Business Run in Munich - top dogs do good

Smart business people have always combined work and pleasure. Now they add CSR and make the most efficient use of their time. The Run still accepts applications.

Together with their sponsors (see below) Flensborg and Associates invite senior managers to participate at the 4th transportlogistics BUSINESS RUN MUNICH. Accompanying the tradefair of the logistics and transport sector at the Messe München, more than 30 business leaders have already signed for an invigourating start of the day on May 11 2011. At 8 o'clock, they will start the charity run from the Hilton Hotel Munich/Tucher Park through the English Garden.
Getting to know each other outside the business floor is a pleasant side effect.

This event is a run, not a race. It will be opened by the KlinikClowns e.V. , a registered charity who will receive the starters’ fees. The meeting point is in front of the Hilton Munich Park Hotel, Am Tucherpark 7, 80538 Munich on May 11th 2011 at 8:00 am. There will be a fast group for more ambitious runners, and a slower group for newcomers.

From the Hilton Hotel the run leads through the famous English Garden of Munich and ends after approx 6km at the Beergarden Seehaus im Englischen Garten, where refreshments are offered. This break offers the opportunity to get to know the participating sponsors and the co-runners. The Seehaus im Englischen Garten is a few minutes walk from the Hilton Munich Park Hotel. The hotel offers showers, towel & deposit for EUR 8,00. The participation fee is EUR 25,00 which is donated entirely to the KlinikClowns e.V.

Since 1997. more than 50 specially trained clowns regularly visit children in hospitals, elderly in OAPs homes and handicapped people to “share a laugh” and to brighten their day. To find out more about their aims and history see www.klinikclowns.de
