Press release from: PublishAmerica

Frederick, MD March 16, 2007-- PublishAmerica is proud to present 46-Hour Dad by authors Tracy Coppock and Kathy Youngblood. This eye-opening nonfiction book is the story of how divorce tore a little girl and her non-custodial father apart. Both sides of their stories are told side-by-side…hers then his…to effectively convey the negative effects that divorce had on each of them.

At the age of four, Daddy’s little girl was ripped from his arms by divorce in the 1970s. Over time, Tracy began to deeply resent her daddy for his absence. After losing many weekends of visitation with Tracy, Ken began to feel hopeless about having influence in her life, much less maintaining a close relationship. After years of struggling in their relationship, a huge fight ensued and their relationship was severed. 46-Hour Dad takes readers through a maze of misconception, distrust and anger in the quest of a father/daughter relationship on the other side.

Kathy Youngblood, of Oden, Arkansas, was born in 1952 and has been married 30 years to Ken Youngblood. Kathy retired from a major grocery chain and now does freelance photography.

Little Rock, Arkansas’s Tracy Coppock, born in 1969, has been married 13 years to Mark Coppock, and together they have two children. Tracy was an assistant professional photographer before becoming a stay-at-home mom.
