euroscript appoints new Managing Director for its Indian subsidiary

euroscript today announced the appointment of Ms. Jayashree Pillai to the position of Managing Director of syselog India, effective as of 8 April 2011. She will be based in New Delhi and report to the board of directors of euroscript International.

"With over 14 years of rich experience in service delivery, account transitions, responses to RFIs & RFPs for telecom, finance and publishing verticals, Jayashree is well-equipped to strengthen our business in India."

Jayashree Pillai comes to euroscript from Macmillan Publishing Solutions, where she was Deputy General Manager Operations and responsible to establish and manage all aspects of a 300 seats ad designing & magazine pre press unit. This also included process management, client management, business development and the initiation of an ISO 9000 quality process. Previously, she held positions as e.g. Operations Manager, Coach and Team Leader at companies such as Sutherland Global Services, Hewlett Packard Delivery Services and AOL.
Jayashree was awarded a MA in Economics from Pune University India, in 1997. In 2009, she obtained her SIX SIGMA green belt.
