TONY SUCCAR RELEASES “THRILLER”, A TROPICAL TRIBUTE TO THE "KING OF POP"

Well recognized Latin Artist Tony Succar pays tribute to Michael Jackson in his innovative arrangement of “Thriller.” The new single captures the ears and hearts of many while embodying the essence that is the King of Pop.

In a fitting tribute to "The King Of Pop", virtuoso Peruvian Percussionist/Arranger/Producer TONY SUCCAR and his group Mixtura announce the launch of “THRILLER”, the first single off of their upcoming album."

Without a doubt, Michael Jackson, “The King of Pop”, has influenced artists of all generations. Selling over 50 million copies, “THRILLER”, is considered by ROLLING STONE MAGAZINE, and the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF RECORD MERCHANDISERS as one of the greatest albums of all time. The impact that Michael's voice, charisma, and creative energy has had on Pop music and Pop culture is undeniable.

Succar's unique arrangement of “THRILLER” combines elements of Salsa, Timba and funk in a poly-rhythmic brew sure to ignite any dance floor. Recognized as one of the most vibrant ‘Salsa’ ensembles in south Florida, TONY SUCCAR and Mixtura have opened for artists such as Tito Nieves, Tito Rojas, Nestor Torres, Arturo Sandoval and countless others.
