euroscript International announces name change of its French subsidiaries to support continuous growth

eurodoc Services and eurodoc Systems to become euroscript Services and euroscript Systems

Luxembourg/France, 29 March 2011 – euroscript, a leader in providing global solutions in content lifecycle management, announced today the official name change of eurodoc Services S.A. to euroscript Services S.A. and eurodoc Systems S.A.S. to euroscript Systems S.A.S..

Three years after the merger between euroscript and eurodoc/syselog, the euroscript group looks back on a successful integration and solid financial performance. The group expects to continue growing in the years to come. Thereby applying a masterbrand approach is the best option to support and transport euroscript's core values of transparency, innovation and continuous improvement, discreteness, quality and diversity consistently to customers worldwide. On the other hand, it helps to communicate and provide common services and solutions on a global scale, to the benefit of its customers.

In addition to the name change, the main offices in France also move to new locations:
euroscript Services S.A., formerly based in Guyancourt, has moved to new offices within Paris (euroscript Services S.A. | ZA du Pas du Lac II | 1, square Franklin | F-78180 Montigny le Bretonneux | France); euroscript Systems S.A.S. has moved to a new office complex in Carquefou (close to Nantes) (euroscript Systems S.A.S. | Technopolis II | La Fleuriaye | 5, boulevard Ampère | BP 30738 | F-44481 Carquefou Cédex | France). The new office spaces will enable euroscript to better accommodate its valuable employees and provide for an environment to grow and innovate.

The French entities euroscript Services and euroscript Systems represent a major and important part of euroscript's organization.
