Over 150 Compete at Air Miles Sports Day
Over 150 corporate competitors, including a Damas team flown in from Qatar, took part in Air Miles Sports Day at Insportz in Dubai on Friday March 25, 2011.The full day event included men and women’s football, cricket and throwball, with winners rewarded with trophies, medals and prizes. Some of the region’s top brands competed: UPS, Damas, Spinneys, Al Futtaim Travel, RSA, Carlson Marketing, Arabian Centre, SNTTA, HSBC, Hertz, Al Ghandi Electronics, Al Ansari and Air Miles.
Air Miles Middle East, the leading coalition loyalty programme in the UAE, Qatar and Bahrain, is managed by Rewards Management Middle East, which is 60 per cent owned by Groupe Aeroplan Inc., the global leader in loyalty management.
Since its launch in 2001, more than 1.7 million members have enrolled from across the UAE, Qatar and Bahrain. Members can collect Air Miles from over 120 market-leading companies including HSBC, Spinneys, Lamcy Plaza and Damas.
Air Miles’ fully interactive website (www.airmilesme.com) allows members to check their Air Miles balance any time, highlights the history of the Miles they have earned as well as allowing them to redeem online from a choice of over 1,000 rewards. The website also contains information about the programme, where members can earn Air Miles and details of any upcoming promotions.
