Totally Spa Launches Thrills - New E-commerce Service Bundled with Reminder Alert
Launched on 21 March 2011, Totally Spa Thrills are prominently featured on Totally Spa website, with the additional push of its offers through the media’s community in social media space including Facebook and Twitter.
Prompted by customer responses exchanged in social media channels as well as feedback from spa partners towards the current trend of highly-discounted offers, the aim of Totally Spa Thrills service is to enable an enjoyable end-to-end spa experience for today’s discerning consumer, starting from the online purchase to post-treatment feedback.
“As the only portal that is focused on bringing the latest spa promotions offered in Singapore to customers, we have been receiving requests from spa owners to provide an online sales channel on the Totally Spa website. With the prevalence of online buying models in the market, we know that today’s spa customer is comfortable with online transactions. However, given the delicate climate of
the local spa industry, it is also important to provide packages that truly present the opportunity for the spa to provide a realistic, authentic experience to the spa consumer, who in turn can then gauge if this is the spa they would like to patronize on a regular basis. Needless to say, this can only be done at a price factor that benefits both spa owner and customer,” explains Veron Leong, Business Development Manager, Totally Spa.
