MemoMaster is the digital brain of any PC user: All important facts can be stored in this modern knowledge database -- working like an ultra-modern file cabinet.

The smallest knowledge particle is a Memo storing texts, pictures, or PDFs. A Memo further allows importing e-mails or allows creating Memos by using the internal Word-compatible word processing or the Excel-compatible spreadsheet processing feature. Single Memos may be: structured hierarchically, may be supplied with colored icons, keywords and linked external hyperlinks as well as with each other. These features make tracing or scrolling easy. In addition, the full-text search feature allows an ever faster search.

If individual content is needed, it may be printed out directly from its source. It is also possible to pass individual documents to Office programs. Memos may also be transferred to Outlook, as an appointment or task. PDF export is certainly available as well.

Teamwork has become more effective -- MemoMaster has advanced steadily over the last several years: The program can be used as a platform serving several employees. Expiration dates can be added to Memos. There is a secure recycle bin function to make sure Memos aren't deleted accidentally. MemoMaster can also be used as an e-mail archive for Outlook.

The whole or parts of the Memo database may now also switched into the "Read Only" mode within a few seconds allowing individual users or whole departments to read certain files or structures only, edits can not be made then.

MemoMaster 4 - Freeware for Private Users MemoMaster 4 supports Windows NT/2000/2003/2008/XP/Vista and Windows 7 (32Bit/64Bit). The Freeware Version (19 MB) may be used by private users offering all basic features.

More features are available when purchasing the Private Edition for $19, which is also aimed at private users. For more demanding business environments, such as corporations, the Small-Business-Edition is ideal as it includes the feature serving several workstations. It may be purchased for $59. The Professional-Edition is available for $112 supporting the Microsoft SQL Server; additionally; it contains an encrypted document archive as well as a user and group management feature for an effective access right management.
