Former FEMA Contractor Denounces 10-Year Sentencing Memo Filed Without Consent: Demands Transparency and Accountability from Biden Administration Public Defenders and Prosecutors

I, Tiffany Brown, a former FEMA contractor, am issuing this public statement to bring attention to a grave violation of my rights and due process in my ongoing federal case.

Federal Public Defenders Allison Dawson and Joe Austin submitted a sentencing memorandum recommending that I serve 10 years in prison - without my knowledge, review, or consent. I was never provided with a copy of the document submitted on my behalf, and when I asked to see it, I was explicitly denied access. This denial is documented in a recorded conversation, which I am prepared to make available to verified media upon request.

The sentencing memorandum was submitted to the court in coordination with U.S. Attorneys Jessica Morris and Alex R. Sistla, the latter of whom has a documented history of suppressing exculpatory evidence.
This violation combined with suppression of evidence (emails, payment arrangement, etc) was coordinated effort with US Attorneys from the Biden Administration.
The handling of my case by both my assigned defense counsel and the prosecution has raised serious and legitimate concerns about fairness, transparency, and ethical conduct.

"This isn't a mistake. It's a betrayal. I was left out of my own defense," said Tiffany Brown. "No one should have to fear that their own attorney is working against them."

I am publicly calling for an immediate investigation into the following:

- Why my public defenders submitted a sentencing memorandum without my knowledge or consent;
- Why I was denied access to legal documents filed in my name;
- Whether there was inappropriate coordination between my defense team and the prosecutors;
- Whether this case is part of a broader pattern of misconduct in federal defense and prosecution practices.

I have the right to be heard, to be informed, and to be represented zealously - none of which have been honored in this case. I refuse to remain silent while my liberty is negotiated behind closed doors without my involvement.

I urge the Department of Justice, congressional oversight bodies, legal ethics boards, and the public to demand answers and hold those involved accountable that left over from the Biden Administration.
