Sensors, Housings and Transmitters for monitoring pH, Oxygen, Conductivity in extreme conditions

In oil refineries, increasing uptime, minimizing corrosion and reducing waste and chemical use are ever present challenge.
METTLER TOLEDO has created a competence center for the oil refining and petrochemical industries that examines these problems and offers solutions based on the use of process analytical measurements.

The competence center presents systems for monitoring pH, ORP, oxygen, conductivity and turbidity, and explains how METTLER TOLEDO sensors, housings and transmitters have been designed to cope with the extreme conditions found in refineries.

The competence center covers process steps from desalting and crude distillation, through amine treating, sulfur recovery tail gas treatment, sour water stripping and alkylation units, to waste water treatment.
