Bike ride till the Albufera Lagoon Nature Park to practice

Students from a Spanish school in Valencia enjoy a byclicle ride through El Saler beach and La Albufera

Valencia. Good wheather is now closer and a journey by bicycle is a good way to know Valencia, because every opportunity is a good chance to discover the most important nature areas just a few kilometers away from the city. It’s even better if the foreigner students are able to practice Spanish.

Costa de Valencia, Spanish language school organize many different activities to the students, a bike ride is one of them in which the students can see one of the most impressive nature area around Valenica, La Albufera. The way to the lagoon it’s also remarkable, riding through Pinedo, El Saler and La Devesa beaches.

At lunch time, the group stops at the pier next to La Albufera to eat and enjoy the pacefull landscape with a varied and abundant nature. After lunch, a boat ride offers the possibility to discover the size of this natural park.
Continuing with the tour, in the afternoon, the atmosphere invites for a bathe at El Saler beach, with its dunes and golden sand.

This kind of activities are a great experience for the students during their stay at the Spanish school, and they get fluency in speaking Spanish since they are from different countries and the common language it’s Spanish.

“We encourage the students to practice what they have learnt at their Spanish language classes”, explain a teacher of the school, who it’s also the monitor of the excursion. “The students learn the theory during the classes, but they really practice the language with this type of activities”.

Costa de Valencia, Spanish language school, offers this bike trips quite often during the year, above all when weather conditions are better. Recently, the school uploaded a video about one of this bike rides at the national park: Costa de Valencia, Spanish language school with the bike to the nature park La Albufera.

The video can be seen from Youtube and it’s part of some publications that give you an idea about the atmosphere at the Spanish school and the huge amount of offered activities.

The school will organize another bike trip to the national park for the next Saturday. The students only need to sign up at the bulletin board and be ready to enjoy one of the excursions the students like more while they practice Spanish, because to learn a language, the language should be lived.
