FACTOR THIS: BILL O’REILLY SENSITIVITY TRAINING FUNDRAISER SHOW ON MARCH 16th
New York, NY – March 6, 2007 – Bill O’Reilly, best selling author and host of FOX News Channel’s “The O’Reilly Factor” might be the king of cable news but, according to some critics, previous guests, and fellow Americans, he’s certainly not the king of sensitivity.The Comic Strip Live (www.comicstriplive.com), the oldest showcase comedy club in the world will present a special “Bill O’Reilly Sensitivity Training Fundraiser” show on Friday, March 16th beginning at 10:30 pm.
“We feel it’s important for all Americans to be aware of how their words and actions affect others. We’re doing this show to help Bill O’Reilly be a more compassionate individual,” said Josh Ravitz, Manager of the Comic Strip Live.
The event will feature top comedians who both support and disagree with O’Reilly’s social and political perspectives. Proceeds from this show will be used to retain the services of Dr. Deena B. Pargman, the nation’s leading provider of Executive Sensitivity Training. She has been selected to deliver one-on-one treatment for Mr. O’Reilly should he agree to it.
"Through his relentless pursuit of no-spin, Mr. O'Reilly does a disservice to his viewers & listeners by modeling behaviors that if brought into the modern workplace could prove career-ending and personally damaging,” said Dr. Deena B. Pargman. “Mr. O'Reilly's direct, tell-it-like-he-sees-it speech may be good television, but it is not good professional form.”
Should Bill O’Reilly reject the sensitivity training, proceeds from the show will instead go to a charity that supports our Troops.
