Transformations Welcomes Ryan Semanchik as New President

Transformations Inc., a recognized leader in process improvement software for manufacturing sites and distribution centers across the United States, has appointed Ryan Semanchik as partner and president.

Brentwood, TN, March 10, 2011 — Transformations Inc., a recognized leader in process improvement software for manufacturing sites and distribution centers across the United States, has appointed Ryan Semanchik as partner and president. Semanchik, who holds an equity interest in Transformations Inc., was most recently Director of Operations for the Southeast Region of Kubra, a multi-channel print, mail, electronic billing and payment services provider, where he developed and implemented multiple high-level projects.

Semanchik’s primary focus at Transformations will be on Uluro, the company’s new flagship offering which is experiencing rapid growth nationwide. Uluro is an all-encompassing data management, tracking, composition and multi-channel delivery solution for companies challenged by the complexities of high-volume production and distribution of bills, invoices and other customer communications. Uluro enables companies to streamline and reduce the costs of complex print and mail processes, enables recipients to choose how they receive their correspondence, and helps deliver highly personalized mail across physical and electronic media.

Semanchik holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting from Harding University (Magna Cum Laude), and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Tennessee. Prior to joining Transformations, he was Director of Operations for the Southeast Region of Kubra, a Toronto-based service provider. Previously, he was Vice President of Operations and Finance for Statement Rendering Solutions where he helped grow the company from a $1 million to $17.5 million in annual revenue, until its acquisition by Kubra in 2007. Semanchik lives in Nashville, Tennessee with his wife Brooke and daughters Lauryn and Sydney.
