SAYVILLE, NY — For Christians, Lent means abstaining from meat every Friday during that season. But that usually means eating pizza and tuna fish sandwiches for dinner. Bullfish announces it is offering a wide variety of seafood dishes that are both unique and healthy.

Bullfish specializes in healthy seafood dishes that are made with the freshest ingredients. Among their signature dishes are Roasted Tilapia with tomatoes, herbs and bread crumbs, Hazelnut Crusted Catfish, Cedar Planked Smoked LI Bluefish, Grilled Shrimp covered in a sweet chili glaze and Seared Sea Scallops. Specialties served á la carte include baked Maryland Jumbo Lump Crab Cake and Fish & Chips.

In addition, Bullfish offers pasta dishes such as Seafood Linguini Marinara made with clams, mussels, scallops, shrimp and crab meat; Pappardelle with grilled tuna, asparagus, mushrooms onions and sundried tomato in a mushroom sauce; Penne with grilled shrimp and broccoli in a basil pesto sauce; and Farfalle with salmon, olives, capers, dill and onion in a light tomato sauce.
