We, the team of oll-tools.com, were working for long years in fields like: automotive equipment, cleaning equipment, industrial equipment, car repair, automotive parts and tools selling. We were active part of planning, installation and service of tools, equipment and vehicles. Having this experience we have noticed that, the sites for tools and equipment on the market didn’t pay attention to the visitors the way normal stores do. So we decided to create a website where the customer is receiving maximum attention and this is our primary goal. To make a customer happy is complicated task and should fulfill two main things. The first is - time is money, so we value the time which our customers spent with us. The second one is information, our aim is to give maximum quality and quantity of information, available for any product. That`s why we created, this review-catalogue system for any manufacturer, reseller or final customer. It is user created, it`s sure that, there is a number of professionals willing to give advice and to share experience. We are only setting the standards for the content, features and functions of the site to assure quality information, when needed. Our hardest technical task was to concentrate all this different types of information and to make it accessible for everyone. We have implemented many standard features like: last viewed products, reviews, comments, articles, links to sellers and different systems for sorting and filtering products. Along with the standard features we have developed also some new systems to help the customers find the right product: comparison - one to many products, many to one product, from sets to included products, from product to sets in which is included, measuring unit conversion of the technical parameters. We have also created special feature “You may also need”, where visitors can find other products related to the current one. Database of leaflets, technical drawings, catalogues, manufacturer and distributors profiles are also included. Above all is the ability for the users to add products. We have been also focused on the navigation of the site. We have created multiple ways to move forward and backward in the site. Using, category buttons, breadcrumb and other additional buttons and bars.
