10th February 2011, Guildford, Surrey: Event management software author, evocos, is proud to announce the launch of a new event management service. ‘evocos Delegates’ launches today and is targeted at companies wanting assistance in the management of their events.

evocos Delegates is a fully managed delegate registration service. For a flat fee, evocos will build a website branded to the clients corporate standards, will send out branded personalised e-invitations to a targeted list of prospects, and will manage the whole delegate registration process online. The process will be completed by the management of communication to delegates regarding their registration and any other event information.

Commenting on the new service, Kate Oxton, Marketing Manager for evocos said “evocos Delegates was borne out of an increase in requests for this kind of service.
