Product News: the hand-held stroboscope HELIO-STROB turbo

Rapid, periodic processes can now be visualised and analysed pin sharp: With their new hand-held HELIO-STROB turbo Elmed Dr. Ing. Mense GmbH, manufacturer of industrial high-performance strobosocopes, has launched another new product in their HELIO-STROB series.

The light of the HELIO-STROB turbo gets a new quality by extremely short flash impulses with constant brightness. Even the smallest parts are displayed pin sharp, without any motion blur. Thanks to the intuitive handling via the „smart“ encoders you quickly get the right result in the speed measurement, in the vibration analysis or in the observation of rapid movement sequences. The flash frequency can either be controlled by the accurate internal trigger or by an external trigger. Proximity switches and optical sensors can be directly connected to the signal input of the stroboscope. Additional devices can be synchronously triggered by the TTL-output. The following product versions are available: external power supply, power supply via mains adapter, combination set for mains & battery operation, high-speed version up to 800 Hz / 48000 min –1.
