Tinley Park, IL, January 2011, Benda Manufacturing, (BMI) a leading provider of product handling systems, announced the release of its new Servo Controlled Vertical Elevator, a compact conveyor that lifts and lowers at various rates, allowing products in pans, peel boards, baskets and cartons of various sizes to be stored and retrieved.
The Servo Controlled Vertical Elevator is a dual flighted conveyor designed to be utilized in several different applications.
• Vertically transports product minimizing valuable floor space
• Provide an uninterrupted and continuous flow of product
• Small footprint allows the unit to be placed within an existing system
• Several flights available to address your specific requirement: Polypropylene, Stainless Steel, Aluminum or Carbon Steel
• Adjustable width to accommodate for multiple product sizes
• Designed as a wash down or non-wash down unit
“The Servo Controlled Vertical Elevator flows in a C or Z-shape and can lift or lower various sized shaped cartons, pans, baskets and more. The dual servo drive system allows for accurate movement of the opposing conveyors maximizing the production rate,” Todd Frandsen Operations Manager says. The Servo Controlled Vertical Elevator can be applied in various industries including fresh foods, frozen, manufacturing, and pharmaceutical.
